Yips Golf Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Yips gear. If it’s not the right fit, style, or just isn’t what you expected, no worries — returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Guaranteed.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

• All original tags must still be attached.

• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

For exchanges, we’ll help you swap your item for another available style or product.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@yipsgolf.co with your order number and whether you’d like a return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If we messed up, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact support@yipsgolf.co with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or otherwise make it right at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Yips Golf is not responsible for orders delivered or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order resent.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, as provided by applicable law.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Policy Updates

Yips Golf reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The return policy applicable to your purchase will be the policy in effect at the time of your order.
