Yips Golf Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality of our gear and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have established the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Yips Golf are considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," incorrect fit, or style preferences. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are making a final sale.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., wrong style or color), please contact us immediately at support@yipsgolf.co within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect or error in your email.

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at our discretion.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
