Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days after receiving your package. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return and Restocking Fees:
Return and restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Any opened or used item cannot be returned. To process a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refund Situations:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 45 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Check your bank account first.
- Contact your credit card issuer as there may be a processing delay before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; processing times often delay refunds.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, email us at support@yipsgolf.co.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return a product, contact us at support@yipsgolf.co to obtain the return address.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items valued at more than $75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Detailed Return Policy
Return Conditions:
- You have 14 days from the receipt of your package to return it.
- Tags must be attached to the item as received.
- The item must be in new condition.
Return Process:
- Send the items to the address provided in the return form (a return label will be emailed to you for download and printing).
- Clearly indicate whether you want a refund, an exchange, or a gift card.
Refunds:
- Once the items are received, they will be inspected, and refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 10 days.
Defective Items:
If a product is defective, it can be returned at our expense. Contact customer service at support@yipsgolf.co to arrange the return. No restocking fees will apply.
This policy applies to all items without exception.
Disputes – Mediation
Applicable Law: This contract is governed by US law. The language of this contract is English. In the event of a dispute, US courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you have a dispute regarding an order, the customer must first contact YipsGolf to seek an amicable solution by email at support@yipsgolf.co.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the US Consumer Code, consumers may submit a mediation request within one year of their written complaint to the professional.
YipsGolf has appointed American Arbitration Association as the mediation body for consumer disputes.

- Postal address, phone number, and email address of the requester.
- Name, address, and registration number of the concerned professional.

- Supporting documents (order form, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
Online Dispute Resolution Platform
As per Article 14 of Regulation No. 524/2013, the American Commission has established an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to facilitate independent, extrajudicial resolutions for disputes between consumers and professionals.
